5421 and 5425 France Ave (St. Peter's Church) Sketch Plan
The city has received a sketch plan request by AbleLight Edina to redevelop the St. Peter'southward Church site located at the intersection of France Avenue and Fuller Street. (5421 & 5425 French republic Avenue) The applicant is proposing to remodel and aggrandize the existing church at 5421 French republic Avenue. The expansion would exist a 3-story 48-unit apartment. Twelve of the units would be considered affordable housing and designated for young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The proposal also includes a subdivision to build iv single family homes. The asking would require a Comprehensive Plan from LDA, Low Density Residential (LDA allows ane-5 dwelling units per acre) to Hard disk, High Density Residential (Hd allows 12-60 units per acre); and a rezoning from R-1, Single Habitation Unit of measurement Commune to PUD, Planned Unit Development. The density of the project would exist 33 units per acre.

7200 and 7250 French republic Ave. Sketch Program
A sketch plan request past Orion Investments was submitted to redevelop 7200 and 7250 France Avenue. The proposal is to build a 44,000 square foot grocery store at 7200 France and a 110,000-130,000 square foot medical office building at 7250 France.

4404 Valley View Rd. Sketch Programme
Submittal has been made for the Planning Committee and Metropolis Quango to consider a sketch plan request to redevelop 4404 Valley View Road. This site was role of the Edina Flats project, and was to have a two-story, four (4) unit condo built on information technology. The site received a conditional use for multifamily residential employ, and several variances for its construction. The applicant is proposing to develop the site with four (four) row houses. The site would include ii, two-story, two-unit structures. This request would require a revised site plan and variances for setbacks if a formal application is fabricated.

4620 77th St. Sketch Plan
Solhem Companies would like to redevelop 4620 77thursday Street West, which is part of the Pentagon Park office development. The sketch plan proposal is to tear downwardly i of the existing part buildings on the site and construct a 7 story, 276-unit apartment. 10 percent of the units would be for affordable housing. Ane of the principal features of the plan is the provision of new entrance to Fred Richards Park, located on the east side of the existing office building that would remain on the site.

5146 Eden Avenue Sketch Program
A sketch programme was submitted to re-develop the 3.three-acre vacant site at 5146 Eden Avenue. This is the old Public Works site, owned by the Edina Housing and Redevelopment Potency. Every bit proposed, at full build out, the site would include:
- A vi-1/2-story, ninety-unit of measurement senior cooperative project (owner occupied) with 173 hole-and-corner parking spaces. (Applewood Pointe Cooperative) Ten percentage (10%) of the units would be for affordable housing (9 units).

- A 31,643 square human foot dark-green space/public plaza area with pedestrian walkways to a bridge that would connect the Jerry'south parking ramp.
To accommodate the request a Rezoning from PID, Planned Industrial Commune to PUD, Planned Unit Evolution would be required. Flexibility would be requested through the PUD Ordinance to vary from setback, building height, parking, and floor expanse ratio (FAR) requirements. The PUD Zoning is also used to ensure the affordable housing on the site.

Solhem Evolution is requesting sketch program review to redevelop 5780 Lincoln Drive. This site is currently zoned PID, Planned Industrial Commune, and guided OR, Role Residential in the City'south Comprehensive Plan. 6016 Vernon Avenue Sketch Plan

7300 Westward Bush Lake Road Sketch Programme
Sketch plan proposal by Minnesota Fabricated Hockey, to replace an existing outdoor ice rink with a 22,000 square foot grooming facility at 7300 West Bush Lake Road.
